June's Shopping Hauls! ヽ(*・ω・)ノ

Which girl does not LOVE shopping hauls??? If you are a smart shopaholic and love great deals, you would definitely love shopping hauls, especially from your favorite brands!

1st store of my hauls: The Face Shop

So, The Face Shop sent me a sms that reads "Member's Pre-Sale + J Card Special 27-30 June 2013. Storewide discount plus extra 10% off & GWPs."

Okay, so I needed to restock on my facial wash and maybe check out on their makeup remover. So, I dropped by the branch that is having the J Card Special promo at Aeon, Bukit Tinggi. Initially I thought they might just have the normal promo 10-20% off thing but I was wrong. They came up with a new promo just for that 4 days for their members! Buy 2 to get 10% off, 4 for 20% off and 6 & above for 30% off plus you will get an additional 10% off everything if you are a member! The BEST DEAL EVER! Even more worth than their member's birthday promo which is only 30% off.

So, I spent like 45mins in the shop just trying to hunt for things to buy other than those that I needed. Hunt hunt and look look, I ended up with 7 things which was more than enough to entitle me the 30% + 10% promo.

From top left: Arsainte Eco-Therapy Multi Care Cleansing Foam, Natural Sun Aqua Sun Gel,
Arsainte Eco-Therapy Extreme-Moisture Tonic with Essentials, Aloe Fresh Oil Free Gel
Cream, E'thym Collagen Water Moisture Cream (2 bottles)
and Pore Minimizer Deep Facial Scrub

If I would to purchase all these at a NORMAL PRICE, it would have cost me
RM 359.30!

But since there was this awesome promo, guess how much did it cost me?

ONLY RM 226.40, which saves me a RM 132.90!

And I've gotten two of their GWPs (gifts w purchase) for buying more than RM120.
One was a red shoe bag and another is their eyeshadow.

They have 3 colors; blue, pink and orange. This is the PINK (:

2nd store of my hauls: Elianto

Elianto was also having promotion but I did not realize about it till my mom wanted to go and get some new nail polish. Apparently most of their products are on sales, up to 70%. The sales person was pretty annoying as she was busy stuffing products in your face just for the sake of earning her commission from your buys. But anyhow, my hauls were...

From top left: Organic Olive Shower Gel, Crystal Bright Mineral&Pearl cleansing oil makeup
remover and their Mini Eyeshadow Brush

The shower gel and makeup remover were both on 80%s off, the shower gel was from RM 21 to RM 4.20 while the makeup remover was from RM 59 to RM 11.80. Awesome deal I would say! As for the mini eyeshadow brush, it was on a 50% off which only cost me 3 ringgit and the material's not bad, pretty soft but I have not tested it out yet.

And my last haul of the month..

Blazer from Agenda (:

I LOVE AGENDA and SIGNATURE AGENDA! They have some of the nicest formal wear for the ladies. 3 out of my 5 blazers are from them (: And this baby above only cost me RM 39! Cheapest blazer deal I can find for an established brand.

So, I hope you all enjoyed my share of me shopping hauls!
Have an awesome weekend peepo!

Much loves, xoxo.

A Small Update! (:

Busy, busy, busy!..

Those are the only words that are lingering in my mind now. I'm feeling pretty worn out even though I had just started my classes today (all thanks to the haze, of course). Classes were pretty short today but so many things are jumping around my close-to-exploding brains. SO MANY ASSIGNMENTS are scheduled to be submitted by next week and I will be having my finals for Banquet & Convention Sales. Ugh!~ The thought of it really shudders me A LOT!

A getaway is all i need right now..
Chilling by the beach, sipping on some soda and getting some tan~

Can't wait for my Thailand vacation in August! I know it's a bit early but I am already counting down to it! Just wanna jump onto a plane and gooooooooooooooooo!.. Wait for me, Thailand!

Oh well, need to get back to being the slave of assignments! Zombie mode on!
*brains, I need brains! Rawr!*

Just a selfie over the last weekend

Wish ME luck

Much loves, xoxo.

Do you love owls? (DIY Project)

I was wondering around Daiso the other day, looking for felt cotton for some DIY project. Sadly, realization hit me that they do not sell those anymore after I looked around the same area where they sell all those sewing related stuff twice. They only sell felt pieces now but in LOTS of colors! The colors are so cute that I just want to get all of them home.

You can get this for only RM5 (:

So, I bought a pack home and started to Google for inspiration! And I got my very own small owl pouch made of felt! Each and every stitch sealed with effort.

My adorable little owl!

And this is a short video on how you can DIY your very own owl pouch!
Good luck! (:

Hope you all enjoy the short video tutorial. Happy weekends! (:

Much loves, xoxo.

My Hubby! ღ

I wish..

I wish Wang Lee Hom is my husband!

It'll probably come true.. in my own sweet dreams of course!

Awesomely talented, beautifully handsome, multi-lingual, and has the voice of the heaven, which girl could ever resist him, Wang Lee Hom (王力宏)?

I've been a fan of him since years ago from the era of songs such as Forever Love, Wei Yi, Ai Cuo, Kiss Goodbye and etc.  These are some of my favourites by the way! His music has grown over the years, from slow romantic love songs to more upbeat songs such as
"十二生肖" and "火力全開"

So while I was browsing the Internet, I stumbled upon this!..

"He is coming to Malaysia AGAIN! My long-awaited dream has come true!
I MUST GO FOR THIS ONE!"

Those were my thoughts at that time. I missed out the first Music Man concert because it was in Stadium Bukit Jalil if not mistaken and my friend once complaint about the audio system used there. Not of top notch quality apparently and considering the jam to the venue.. Noooooooooooo! So, I called up few of my friends who were BIG FANS of Wang Lee Hom (my drool mates) and spread the excitement virus in hope that it's contagious enough to drag them along for the "Music Man 2" concert!

~~♡~~♡~~♡~~♡~~♡~~♡~~♡~~♡~~♡~~♡~~♡~~♡~~♡~~♡~~♡~~♡~~

One of my darlings actually jumped onto the bandwagon for this crazy blood spree of our $$$! The very reason was..

THIS! The seating arrangement and the price for the concert.

We were thinking, "If wanna go, of course go for the one closest to him lah! Or else why bother to watch him live if we were to sit so far away that we have to use a telescope? Might as well watch him on the television or something. So, we hit straight for the PS1 zone that cost us a good RM663! (That's without the processing fee and etc yet!)

On the very day, we went to have some adrenaline pumped adventure around the Genting's Outdoor Theme Park.

Me London bus! (:

My dream car! :p

We went for everything that could pump our hearts outta our chest from the big roller coaster to the mini one, the Space Shot but we missed out on the Flying Coaster because it was raining pretty bad :( The best thing was.. We actually bumped into Lee Hom with his dance crew in the theme park itself! It was so surreal to actually let him walk pass by you without barricades, the feeling was so awesome! I melted right on the spot staring at him passing by! *major drools*

Our PS1 passes! :D

So, the concert was scheduled to begin at 8pm and you can hear everyone's excitement and cheers all way long since the moment you enter the hall. There were several sponsor companies that had their booths there such as Xpax, Seiko, Sony Ericson and etc. (Most of them has Lee Hom as their ambassador!)

We get to take a photo with Lee Hom + a paper file! *happy*

Excitedly waiting for Lee Hom! ;p

At 8pm, the cheers grew louder and everyone was chanting his name non-stop to welcome him to the stage. It went on and on till 8.15pm, when the lights went off and the screen played the opening video which has Lee Hom in a role as a general. (He looks super sizzling hawt!)

Guess who showed up after the video?

He looks super handsome in red!

The photos are not HD as I was taking them from a distance and we were not allowed to bring in any cameras, these were the best I could get. The whole concert was TOO AWESOME to be describe merely by words. Although Lee Hom was having some throat sore from the night before, he still gave all his best and wow-ed the crowd away!

Goodbye kiss!  ❤

The show ended with a goodbye kiss and it was all worth it! I shall wait to see you again!
Hope his charm is spread to all you readers out there!

Much loves, xoxo.

Bombe Alaska!

Ms Fibiee came up with this idea to have a
belated birthday celebration
for me with a few more friends. And we hit Bangsar, one of my favorite spots as food heaven! (I love eating, like A LOT!) Om nom nom!~

We went to The Smokehouse, Bangsar (I've blog about this place before, link listed below) as I love the ambiance there and we didn't want to go to Eurodeli again. They celebrated my birthday there last year and we had this huge-ass burger called the Matterhorn Burger! The size was amusing but the taste was a HUGE disappointment! The patty was made of pork but it tasted like your typical canned luncheon meat or maybe worse.

My BIG BADASS Matterhorn birthday burger! :')

Okay, no more Matterhorn this year! Instead, I had my lovely Beef Wellington for dinner. And the menu of the night..

From top left:  My lovely Beef Wellington, Fibiee's Fish and Chips,
Thai rice dish (I'm not sure about the name),
Chicken Maryland and Ray just have to photobomb it and the Devil's Chicken!

And the grand finale of the night's dishes and celebration, Bombe Alaska

Bombe Alaska, one hot flaming dessert!

Here's a video for the night! (:

It was an awesome night of fun, laughter and some catching up.

This is exactly how the ambiance was like! (:

I looked as though I have a boycut hair!

And here's the link to the previous blog post about The Smokehouse as promised..

Have a great weekend ahead peeps!
Much love, xoxo.

Tony Moly

So, recently my Korean classmate / friend went back to her hometown during our semester break. And my first thought, "TONY MOLY!"

It's one of the famous makeup brands in Korea, widely used by the Koreans as it is of good quality yet affordable. I've been hearing about this makeup brand for a little while now from some of my friends and I've always wanted to try their gel liner even though I have never used one before (I'm currently a loyal eyeshadow user!) I've seen the product on my friend, and the color was nice, not too dark like the typical gel or liquid eyeliner from other brands. For me, I've always prefer something more natural looking unless I have to strut the runway or something.

So.. After a whole week of waiting...

Me Tony Moly "Backstage Gel Eyeliner" is here! :p
I've chosen no.12, Pearl Black.
The brush is in the tip of the bottle, so there's no need for a purchase of your own brush and it is easily stored!
Pearl Black has some glitter in it, bling bling time! :D
What was my verdict on this product? Highly satisfied! The texture was smooth yet easy to manage, which is awesome for newbie noobs like me who have no whatsoever experience in using gel liner. The color was a shade of dark grey with a little glittery touch, perfect for both chic casual and glam look. Best part of all, it's water, sweat and sebum proof! Good for girls like me who applies eye cream before makeup, it prevents the "tint" that you have on your upper lid after some time and there's no need for touch ups! (Perfect for lazy girls like me! Teehee!)

I rate this: 10 out of 10
(For it's price which is only RM23!, the easily manage texture, the brush that comes with it and the whole experience of using it, no wonder it's one of the BESTSELLERS!)

The end look of it after a whole evening, no smudges, no panda look!

--------- ------------ ----------- ------------ ----------- -------------
Girls wouldn't be girls if they just buy what is needed right? I'm pretty sure that most girls would buy the extra something something that might come to use in the future when there is discounts! I know I would, most of the time! :D So, other than that gel eyeliner I bought, I've gotten something else with it.

Tony Moly's Perfect Eyes Eyeliner!
I've chosen the color, Pearl Khaki.

The box packaging was really adorably sexy like the pencil itself, decorated  with a shiny surfaced of zebra stripes that adds on to its glam! Too bad I had thrown it away :(

My verdict? The product was easy to be applied on. Just like the gel eyeliner, it was stated to be water, sweat and sebum proof BUT it smudges easily after a while :( On my first trial, I ended up looking like a panda after a few hours as it smudges all over the bottom of my eyes.

I rate this : 5 out of 10
(The price was OK, the color was perfect and it's texture is smooth and easy to be applied on but it smudges and no girls would want to rock the panda look!)

I shall end this post with my manicure and pedicure of the week! Rocking the cobalt blue with the lovely ombre shades of blue to celebrate the month of June!

Have a great weekend! Much loves, xoxo.

Hong Kong (Part 2): Dim Sum and Ocean Park

Oh boy, there goes my procrastination and half a year has passed since I made up my mind to comeback to the world of blogging. Many things ...
